Aerial Chains & Hoop Experience Day Saturday 30th May 10-4pm
 
Aerial Chains are a fantastic fusion of skills, trapeze and Lyra.  Allowing us to create a variety of shapes, tricks and combos with an "edgier" Industrial look.
 
You will learn beautiful poses and positions in the air, which can later be used to create longer combinations, or build upon to perform amazing tricks.
 
 
Aerial Hoop
 
An apparatus also known as Lyra, it builds a combination of strength and core stability.  You will also learn basic moves and beautiful poses, which again can be used to build upon.
 
This experience day is open to any level and ability.  
No aerial experience needed just bring your best circus self

What to wear:
 
For chains we advise comfortable layers with full coverage, add sweatshirts, leg warmers or anything on top that will give some extra padding. for the feet trainers are ideal
 
For hoop comfortable fitted clothing.
 
ADDED BONUS
 
You will also get the opportunity to experience Fire bubbles.
 
There will be time at the end of the day to capture moves and poses that you have learnt with the hoop and chains, as well as fire bubbles. Feel free to bring an outfit you would like for photos, for the chains adding a pair of heels always looks fab! (but not essential)
 
An email will be sent out 7 days prior to the Experience day as a reminder and what to bring.
